Additional information about our rates

A non-refundable 25% deposit is
payable upon confirmation of booking and the balance
due for the rental must be settled in full 8 weeks
before arrival.

A refundable breakage/damage deposit
of £500 is payable with final balance. This will be
returned in full once the property has been checked
and verified that no costs have been incurred.

Villa Fiji is available from
4pm on the arrival day and guests are required to
vacate the villa by 10am on day of departure.

2 weeks.

Beach towels are not included in the
rental rates.

Villa
Fiji operates a strict no-smoking policy.

No pets are allowed.

The owners will not be liable for
any damage, injury, loss or theft during the rental
period.
Cancellations Policy
Please
acquaint yourself with our strict cancellations policy
prior to making your booking:

50% of the total will be retained
for all cancellations within 4-8 weeks of arrival
where we are unable to re-rent the property.

75%
of the total will be retained for all cancellations
within 2-4 weeks of arrival where we are unable to
re-rent the property.
-
100%
of the total will be retained for all cancellations
within 2 weeks of arrival.
Confirmation of Identity
While we are committed to respecting
your privacy and the security of personal information, we reserve
the right to require documentary proof of identity and address from
you before bookings are confirmed and payment is accepted.
Insurance,
Liability & Medical Information

You are advised to obtain travel
insurance and ensure your European Health Insurance
Card (EHIC) is valid. You will be asked for this
document along with your passport in case of medical
emergency.

There is
a
24 hour medical centre in the
village of Viñuela within a
10 minute drive of Villa Fiji.

The
nearest Accident & Emergency department is at
Hospital de la Axarquia, Velez-Malaga, which is a 20
minute drive from Villa Fiji.
Payment
We are happy to accept payment for
your booking by cash, cheque or bank transfer in our preferred
currency of Pounds Sterling (GBP). Our payment
details will be provided on request.
